Back in the day, College Station was the train stop where conductors would walk down the aisles, announcing "College" as the next station.
Waco ("Hueco") means hole en español.
That's all you need to know.

Unless you are an aggie, no Texan will ever go to college station, it's flat and remote

Waco is a larger drive thru town on interstate, much prettier surroundings
