The folks I know who actually lived in Hawaii were miserable after the first month or two. The natives hate you, everything is twice as expensive, and unless you are a millionaire you are living in an apartment most folks here would use as their walk in closet.

I was surprised to see Missouri only 10th in drunkest but then I remembered we also have a ton of Southern Baptists here which pulls down the average

Yes makes sense... couldnt imagine being out there in middle of the ocean plus top that off list says hawaii is the number 2 rudest

some of the southern baptists i know are very heavy liquour drinkers... they say they dont drink and then go crazy on the bourbon and whisky

Also, most residents can't afford meth and booze. Have to make tough decisions.
BTW, I'm a Southern Baptist who openly drinks.

Ha.. South Carolina at 3rd friendliest. Proves the yankees that have inundated this state still haven't figured out what we truly mean when we say "bless your heart."
