Lincoln County process takes out too much flavor, prefer Kentucky Straight Bourbon.
Canadian Whiskey is my go to Rye for a Manhattan, usually good old Crown.

I prefer my bourbon from Kentucky. Anything from the Buffalo Trace distillery is better than anything that Tennessee has to offer.

Hey - I am a huge fan of bourbon. Huge fan. But that Jack Daniels Single Barrel Rye. Really good stuff.

The Japanese make a pretty good bourbon also with their Jim Beam brand. Their dedication to quality is noticeable in every drop.
