There was once a thread that lasted a full night without being taken down.
It was full of posters in awe of how long the thread was lasting. And encouraging the guy to post more and more and giving him different ideas. Eventually the poster got tired of it. He expected to be banned quickly and wasn't ready for a full night marathon.
Next day, thread finally got taken down. Chicken came out with some statement about those encouraging porn bombs would be banned too.
