I've never had any close female friends that I didn't want to frick. There are females you call friends, wives/gfs of buddies etc that you hang out with at functions but there's no personal interactions.

IT really isn't like that. It was pretty clear from jump that she's really devoted to her fiancee. She loves him. Plus she's basically me and I don't want to date myself.

If this is true then that's pretty shitty of her. My only guess is some of her family are racist and they'd give her shite for having a black friend, but if she was a true friend she would still invite you and stick up for you if they did that.
