Fine.

Make it only 590,000 dead in 2009.

Would you still suggest this is an overreaction?

You are basing it on the entire population getting it and not having any counter measures to change the stats. Almost like suggesting we are living in the 1800s.

He said the panic is a liberal hoax, which is hard to argue against. Like I said there is a group out there rooting for the virus.

If 59 million Americans caught it that would be over 200K dead at the current mortality rate in this country. You in particular having it might not be that big a deal but anyone who comes into contact with the elderly should obviously take extra precautions.

I'm not familiar with how swine flu symptoms played out but symptoms of covid19 don't show until ~5 days in, meaning fewer people will know they have it and stay in. That and the shortage of testing is contributing to the overall panic. Suggesting that this is all some sort of "librul conspiracy" is lunacy.

Bill Maher wants a recession so Trump will lose the election.

How is this any different?

Rather than arguing about this, let’s be our brothers’ keepers.
Remain informed and look out for our neighbors.
Truth be told, no one has all of the answers.
Grab some good hooch; and God bless y’all.

Maher is a bitch.

I don't like Trump because he is a pathological liar, but the fricking last thing I need is for the economy to collapse. I'll take four more years of Trump if we have a strong economy. frick these elites who wish a major economic downturn just to get Trump out. They will be fine, but people like me won't.

Here is the tracker that updates every hour or so.

Stats are broken down by country and region.

As I type this, 474 reported cases in the US, and 19 dead, including the two most recent in Florida.

That's a 4% mortality rate so far.

Another point to remember...it relies on government transparency. It only shows 15 cases in Russia, and none in North Korea.

Also, over the weekend, Italy jumped from 4th to 2nd in the number of cases reported.

There is a group on the Left who are willing to take a portfolio hit to get rid of Trump. They are the same people who live in gated communities who want open borders and fight against poverty by posting on Facebook against it. They are appalled by what they see from their cruise ship portholes, their backseat window in the limo on their way to their 5 star hotel. You know who Im talking about, the morally and socially conscious intellects on the Left. lol.

I guess the good news is that the NoKo govt can lie all they want; it’s not like anyone will be interacting with its citizens.

Not at all, there's a massive difference between the typical telling of half truths from many politicians and Trump's constant lies, hypocrisy and contradictions of his own statements.

Do you think everyone who has gotten it has seemed medical care? Do you think everyone who has seemed medical care was properly diagnosed with it or just the common flu? Small sample can be very misleading.
