Is direct transmission from sex with animals factored in to this list?

First off, it contains my brother's ex-wife. Any area capable of sustaining that twisted harpy cannot possibly have any good will.
Second, both of my actual visits to your city and every time I drive through while heading back home, there's a traffic problem. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Can you morons learn how to not have an accident? I swear, I encountered less traffic problems back when I lived in Atlanta.
Maybe you guys have upgraded since the times I actually went to games, but I mostly remember it looking like a slum.
But maybe not.

Traffic sucks but thats not really the measure of a bad city. Knoxville is bigger than most SEC towns and has been growing pretty quickly lately so thats probably a symptom of that.

That article is from 2018 and believe it or not in the past few years there has been a tremendous upswing and revitalization of both the campus area and downtown. Next time you visit you might be surprised. I went to college there from 2010-2014 and I totally agree about the slummy looking parts (personally I loved it but I was a college kid). Its grown leaps and bounds since then

Missouri is a pleasant surprise given that they have two major metropolitan areas within the state.
Arkansas is finally reaping the benefit of being a low population state that is mostly rural. I should say, with my horrible luck, that even though I live in the poor part of the state, I happen to live in one of the few counties with a robust Coronavirus presence.
I must have been a used car salesman in a previous life and I'm paying off some really bad karma.

Auburn has those numbers in part because of an outbreak at a church in neighboring Chambers country. East Alabama Medical Center is kind of a regional hospital complex and those folks were treated there.

I credit Derek Dooley for the success of UT's hygiene program...
"We've had a few staph infections, so we did a clinic yesterday on proper shower technique and soap and using a rag," Dooley told reporters in Knoxville Wednesday.
