I am far from clueless and this is a horrible take. Kinser? Swindell? Schatz? Hell, even Blaney was better from a WoO perspective.

Maybe one of the best Late Model dirt drivers, sure. But he also had drug problems and was suspended multiple times, at least once for cheating.

I've never followed late models real hard, but i know who he was and i know the respect he earned from racers in all series. may he rest in peace

I asked a friend a church that used to race dirt tracks. He said the guy was the Dale Earnhardt of dirt track. Also said he was legit crazy. Like alien abduction crazy.
