McKenna's machine-elves have made an appearance in every single significant DMT trip that I have had. They always seem like they are trying to communicate - and I must also add that their presence and communication seems totally foreign and not internal - but I rarely find myself able to recall anything.
McKenna mentioned a few times the effects of cannabis possibly affecting recall ability for these experiences - which, if true, have probably hindered me. I don't think I've ever blasted off without being stoned beforehand.

That's interesting. I've heard a lot of people say that about DMT. I haven't tried it, but that's the main psychedelic that I want to experience at some point.

I've never done a psychedelic with cannabis, and I have trouble with recall.

Noah's flood and the exodus. Those are fictional events,
Lol no, they both happened. And it's historical fact with historical facts backing them up. Quit trying to discount what the Bible says by spouting ignorance. Ew.

Well, I believe what Jesus said on the subject when he stated "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the father but by me."

Nope
Noah's flood is a physical, chemical, biological, geographical and logistical impossibility. The Exodus could have happened in theory, but there is absolutely no historical or archeological evidence to support it.

Jewish Diaspora after the destruction of the second temple can be proven somewhat in terms of genetics, but it's hard to make any hard statements about historical events that were supposed to have occurred in the time of Exodus.

Then we will have to agree to disagree.
I will leave you to your disillusion.

It isnt a matter of simple disagreement, this isnt an opinion. What I posted are scientific and historical realities, whether you choose to believe them or not is irrelevant to the truth of the matter.

Complete bullshite.
My "foxhole" was patrolling Anbar and Helmand, but I never started believing nonsense because of it.

There may have been a big flood, but it wasn't nearly on the large scale depicted in the Bible. And to believe that Noah's family were the only survivors is ludicrous.

Thanks for all of the debate guys and catfan. I want to believe in an afterlife but it just doesn't add up. Thanks.

If you are atheist, there is no afterlife. You're just dead. You believe you cease to exist. Amirite? If you think there is an afterlife, you are something other than Atheist.
