It's gross not to because of all you dudes that put their foot on the handle. If I wanted piss and turds on the handle (which is what you're putting there with your foot) I would piss and dump on the handle.

I'm a chick, not a dude. It's a little different in female bathrooms.

Btw, which bathrooms are you using with piss and shite all over the floor?

Do you squat or lay paper down on the toilet seat before you go?

Me too. And I only touch the handle if I am in a nice place. I won't flush with my foot in a cute shop or nice restaurant, and I won't flush with my hand in a gas station.

Squat

That sounds uncomfortable. I prefer to press cheeks firmly to seat. I suddenly feel like I'm sharing too much.

I don't kick to flush. I do pull off extra bathroom tissue to hold the handle to flush though.

I flush it with my hand, but I put a layer of toilet paper between my hand and the actual handle.

I wipe the seat down when needed. Kick the handle to flush. Use a paper towel to turn on the sink and to open the door.

Any other humans bodily fluids are disgusting to me in bathrooms.

The door handle is the worst fricking one. You know a lot of people don't wash their hands and they grab that door. If an establishment doesn't put the trash can next to the door or outside the door, I throw the paper towel on the ground. Maybe they'll figure it out.

Agreed. It seems counterproductive to wash your hands and then touch the sink and door handle. Not to mention those people who use the paper towel dispenser before they wash their hands...

Yes, I don't touch public toilets with anything except my shoe to flush. I have kind of a phobia about them.

Eta- I use my elbow to open the door after I'm done washing my hands. I use a paper towel to turn on & off faucets. If I have to turn a door handle to open door, I do so with a paper towel.

If the bathroom looks really dirty or if there is an air blower for hand drying, sometimes I will just skip washing my hands so I don't have to touch anything and go for the hand sanitizer in my purse.

What pisses me off, is restrooms, that make you pull on the handle to open to get out. I mean, wth? You just wash your hands, and then have to touch a dang handle that others who didn't wash their hands used. It's not so bad, when they have paper towels. You can use that to grab it. But when they just have air dryers, you're screwed.

I know. Sometimes I remind myself that I don't know anyone who has died from a dirty bathroom. I do however know someone whose child died from a dirty water park in Atlanta.

One of the E Coli outbreaks from awhile back?

That's terrible.
