They need to bring these back. We have become too desensitized to what abortion really is.

These ads wouldn't change many minds. People are well aware of what abortion is.

Probably true about the minds piece. I'm not convinced people really understand the formation of the child and how soon it actually occurs.

Most people aren't actually. The majority of Americans people can't actually describe the different abortion procedures and why/what stage they are conducted.

This goes for both sides, people who insist that life begins at fertilization are no less ignorant of reality. It's a purely arbitrary distinction that actually defies biological realities.

The hot political debate currently is about climate change but it's the continuing population explosion that we should be worrying about. It's at the root of every single problem we are facing as a species.

Just offering some suggestions bro, or I guess we can wait for the long term CONservative solution which is climate change. Our plan to pare the population is still decades away. Reducing the population at any significant rate using climate is a long term process and this keeps my previous suggestions from being necessary, either way we gotta kill some humans to save our species. Now do we focus on birth control like China which has a birth rate of less than 1.6 per woman or is the US rate of 1.9 good enough, looks like most developed economies have a negative birth rate and 3rd world countries are over 2 births per woman. Wow, now what do we do? looks like we'll have to go with climate change, abortion will never get us there.

You're just not progressing with the masses, are you watching much TV? if not you're probably just a few sitcoms and reality shows from getting your head right, ahhh, sedation programming for the progressive masses.

The most surprising (and disappointing) thing about this thread is that so many posters in here actually agree with OP

As in a) are pro life or b) agree with his line of thinking as far as condescension and preachiness.

Because if it's b), I agree. If it's a) you're disappointed with the majority of Americana

You mean the fact that abortion is murder?

No, the fact that this is an obvious Colbert-like troll tactic and people are all up in here cheering him on

Ridiculous that this guy's threads have gotten this much attention, should have just let them die.

Over 85% of abortions are purely for convenience, which I find to be a very troubling and uncomfortable reality.

Right on Mr. Klarvin, it's all about irresponsibility and then the unborn child must pay the price. I can accept the rape, incest and risk to the mother carrying the child to full term and those cases are legit but most of the abortions are purely birth control. I have personal experience with this abortion crap, my sister had 2-3 when she was a teenager and she has never totally gotten over the guilt, also me and the wife could not have children and adopted so I know there are homes for these kids and adopted kids are really special to the parents.

I think we're done seeing his threads for a while. His sig is gone which likely means he's banned. I'm gonna miss his comic strips

I've often wondered how you know when someone is banned. Except of course for them not posting.
