What's particularly odd in this case is something from the very recent past with Rogen (in addition to the US having his back on "The Interview"). Last summer when the crazy kid in California went on a rampage after being frustrated with women there were a couple of notable articles comparing the Rogen movies where dorky-guy-gets-girl-way-out-of-his-league to the frustration the CA killer felt.

Rogen rightfully called out the ignorance and said it was an absurd comparison to say his films in any way contributed to a deranged mindset of what men should expect from women.

I agreed with him 100%, but yet here we have him making an asinine "OMG, THIS THING I DONT LIKE IS JUST LIKE TEH NAZIS!!!!!!11" comparison.

I really hope someone will point this out to him.

So by paying to see Rogen's work, I am funding him to make twitter posts that cost nothing to make? Interesting.

In turn, if you pay them to push their ideology you will (sic) suffer the consequences of their ignorance. We are living in a time when we are all suffering from our support of the Hollywood far leftist liberal progressive ideology.

Seems he was getting blowback on his twitter and he's felt a need to explain further.

I wasn't comparing the two. Big difference between comparing and reminding. Apples remind me of oranges. Can't compare them, though.

I just said something "kinda reminded" me of something else. I actually liked American Sniper. It just reminded me of the Tarantino scene.

But if you were having a slow news day, you're welcome for me giving you the opportunity to blow something completely out of proportion.

I saw American Sniper, and I believe the only way one could believe it glorifies killing or war if they haven't seen it.

Without spoiling the movie for those who haven't seen it, it depicts in fairly graphic detail how ugly people can become during armed conflict and how seeing that consistently really fricks you up. It makes war seem terrifying and psychologically traumatizing.

The "it glorifies headshotting brown people" line is just nonsense.

It doesn't glorify shooting the brown people, but it's much more understandable.

He's at a solid 7 or 8 for me these days, and it has nothing to do with his views.

His early stuff was great, but it seems like he's becoming more and more of a pussy in all of his roles. His fagotry almost ruined This is the End for me.

It is ok to have an opinion on something, but to criticize someone for following orders, you're a piece of shite.

He isn't American, so that kinda gives him an out. But it will stop me from watching his movies though - wish I would have known how this guy feels before paying to watch his last one.

You must be a total adolescent far leftist wingnut fricktard to draw that parallel ... but here, lemme try to explain it to you ... dummass.

You support his films

He takes the money and donates to far leftist wingnut fricktard causes.

They in turn use donations to brainwash more sponge brain adolescent fricktards who grow up to make more posts like the one you just made.

Country continues to go to shite.

Does that help you understand how it works ... twitter head?

The fact that you are calling me names tells me a lot about your character.

No. You are making, giant, sweeping conclusions about Rogen based on an anti-war twitter post he made, and you are doing the same with me because I am not going to begin to find him un-funny because of his posts. I think you need to take a deep breath.

I don't care what Hollywood celebrities opinions are really. I don't value them as anything special or noteworthy. I don't click on links to Kim Kardashian stories and I don't click on links to things Michael Moore stories. I find them both irrelevant. Seth Rogen I do find funny however and I'll see his movies. Won't ever vote for him for Secretary of Defense either because obviously foreign policy is one of his weak points. I don't hate people that I disagree with either. Just because Seth has what I find to be an extremely ignorant opinion, that doesn't mean that much to me. People are filled with those.

I wouldn't listen to what any celeb says. 99% of them are self absorbed idiots.

Yeah, where would the world be without all of the beautiful art and music produced by right wing political hacks?

Here again.

Pay money to watch Seth Rogen movies .... one or two of them are actually funny. Maybe three.

He takes money and donates part of it to Obama. Obama is elected POTUS.

Obama appoints horse face ketchup digger John Kerry as Sec of State.

Pretty-much the same as "voting-in" Seth Rogen as Sec of State
... the country continues to go to shite.
