It's a we can't control the midfield problem. We need more numbers to possess. Then without Altidore we can't boot it down field and let him hold up play and let offense develop. So we end up sitting back with a shakey defensive line and hope for the best.

Because they're timid without Altidore in there (he's the one that pulled the hammy earlier). Just not being aggressive enough. On both ends.
ETA: I'm also pretty sure Ghana has doubled us up on shots on goal.
