I am getting a company car (i narrowed it down to a hybrid fusion out of the options given). I have very little that I can do to enhance the outside of the vehicle so figured I would get some OT opinions. It is never used to drive around customers so its all preference. Which of these would you go with?
Silver
Dark Gray
Blue
Been driving around a black Passat for the last 5 years so don't want black. Add to it that my fun car is silver, I actually am seriously considering the blue since it is so different.

Color choices are how you listed them.

Good for you on making sure it was American.
However, if you want to impress your accountant and/or boss, upgrade the car to a used-American SUV. Find the depreciating value difference b/w buying a new Ford Fusion and the used-SUV you would buy, over a 3 year period. That Fusion is going to depreciate a lot fast.
If they're smart, they'll then say to you, "flyAU, we get to write off the depreciation in taxes anyways."
However, then you'll respond, "The personal and business code is about to change greatly with the new administration, we'll have fewer deductions and just overall lower rates. This is going to save us money in the coming years."

Appreciate the advice, although I work for uber large medical company which does their fleet service through Wheels inc. My boss would say "WTF are you bringing this to me for?"

That said, the Malibu and Fusion were my top picks. Fusion has more options I can add.

Would the blue with tint and dark wheels not be a stylish option?

Inside peanut butter, outside jelly.

God dammit why am I interested in the blue? It seems every car out there is gray, silver, white or black.

If you want blue, go blue. My current car is blue...I just want something different

I think it's because I always loved the Subaru STI and it looks like that color
Granted a hybrid is no STI.

Serious answer, I'd go with the blue one.

Bought my wife a fusion in 2013. I got plasma blue I believe. At first it was nice but now I see some black and there was a red color that I wish I would of got instead. They just look better IMO.

The dark gray is more professional looking but since the car is just for your transportation you should be happy with the color. Go for the blue.

I have had a few drinks and frick it I am going blue. I don't need professional. I drive it to the airport to see clients in other states. Tbird pushed me over the top.
