Need some 40th birthday gag gift ideas...

Got a friend turning 40 and am trying to think of what gag gift to get him. Obviously there's Viagra, diapers, cane, bifocals, etc. But trying to be original. Any ideas?

I think I'm going to get him a AARP associate membership. He won't get all the benefits, but he will get the monthly magazine and publications.
