National Coming Out Day

Today is National Coming Out Day, where we support members of the LGBT community. Whether you know it or not, there are LGBT members of our SEC community that need your support.
My name is Projectpat, and I'm aggy.
A perfect day in my eyes starts with Midnight Yell. I hump it and mug down in front of our famous yell leaders. We practice our yells and whoop to our hearts' content.
Then that afternoon, it's gameday in Aggieland. I make my way over to The Tackle Box, as its affectionately known, with my mason jar hanging from my belt loop by a strand of rope, ready to go. I go to my assigned seat, but it will never be used. Sitting is for two percenters.
I have the perfect view of the field, no cheerleaders in the way of my view of the men on the field like those other schools. The Ags win a big one, 85-70. High scoring games are my favorite of course, more scoring with my date. I rush onto the field with my bros and pile on top of the yell leaders. We finish the day by carrying them to the Fish Pond for one last yell. The end to a perfect day.

I have no problem with the LGBT SEC community. Coming out for people is a serious big deal. It's not easy for many folks, think it's gotten easier over the years.

When I lived in Texas I became a bit Aggie-curious because they were everywhere. However, when I moved to Atlanta it went away.
