That's because the last time he sold his house in Baton Rouge he bought a different house in Baton Rouge instead of the one he was selling. Classic Les, you never know what he's gonna do next.

It's a nice house but that neighborhood has 0 lot lines the house almost touch each other.If I'm spending 1.5 I need some privacy.

That's what I'm saying. I pretty much hate that house. Baton Rouge doesn't seem big enough to force people to live in suburbia conditions. There have to be other options, It's not like it's Atlanta or Houston or Dallas or even Nashville.
