It wasn't just Lee. JD and one other (Carver or Lanier, can't remember) was implicated too.

Both the state and county school boards launched cooperative investigations. The county board said the problem was 'small and limited'. The state closed their first investigation and opened a second still ongoing investigation - shutting the county board out. That should tell all you need to know. I bet they find systemic grade changing to make the system look better - which is exactly what the whistleblowers are claiming.
