Legality of bestiality in the United States - WIki
Green - Bestiality is legal
Yellow - Bestiality is a misdemeanor
Orange - Bestiality is a misdemeanor or a felony
Red - Bestiality is a felony
Texas didn’t pass their law until 2017 but the rest of us have drawn hard lines against animal diddling for more than a century. In Mississippi for example you can go to prison for a maximum of 10 years!
What’s up with Kentucky? We all know they “love” horses but what exactly is the nature of this love? Is it why Kentucky doesn’t outlaw fricking animals?
Kentucky fans please respond.

It's quite odd - especially for him. I don't understand why he's so bothered by Kentucky

A misdemeanor goat fricker is just as bad as having no charge at all.

I guess if your state doesn’t have a problem with animal sexing then you don’t need a law?
If you’re a state that had to make it a felony, then you probably had a problem at some point.

Do they know animal husbandry don't mean what it sounds like?

I’m surprised bestiality is not mandatory in Florida.
