I'm self employed now.. but I sure would expect to lose clients or get fired if I said shite like that at work to the wrong person.

This is very true, you damn near have to have sex with a student to get fired as a tenured teacher... not to mention this guy's family is very "important" in the county... Probably the only reason he kept his job.

Really it all depends on the administrators you work with. Document everything and call their rep in for everything and you'll get them out pretty quick either through firing or transfer.
