I’ve eaten it a few times but it’s been years. My Uncle cooked Nutria and Squirrel for Andrew Zimmern on his show.

My grandmother used to make squirrel gravy with cat head biscuits. So good make your tongue slap your brains out.

One of my first and only memories of my old man, was squirrel and rabbit hunting with a .410 and eating it.

I was thinking about building some rabbit boxes and setting up a run. I plan to put a small garden out and have thought about using the koi pond as a holding pond for more edible fish. But then meat started showing up again in the stores so I didn't

Yes, I've eaten squirrel. Was not my favorite game animal to eat but it was not bad at all. Like anything, it is all in the preparation or how it is cooked.
