I was there bro and if you need someone to vent about shite to you've got my email. When me and my ex broke up I tried to find someone to just talk about shite to and a few of my friends just ignored me. I also re-evaluated some of my friendships

She was my best friend. More so than any guy or anybody has been for me. She knew more about me and I knew more about her than anyone. It sucks because the only person I feel like I could talk to and feel better is her. Not girlfriend her. But best friend her.
That's the toughest part, especially if you've been with someone for quite awhile and if you all have been through a lot together.

Brother, when my ex wife told me she wasn't in love with me anymore, my whole world collapsed. I was 600 miles away from my closest family, basically homeless, and devastated.
I lived out of my car and hotel rooms for 2 months, I was in debt up to my eyeballs to credit cards and the IRS, I had lost my wife, my step daughter, my home, and even my Rottweiler. My whole life was a country song.
It took awhile, but I made it through. This too shall pass.

When my wife got knocked up by some other dude. I fricked her sister, and most of her co workers. She quit her job and her sister and her got into a fist fight outside of my house. I then attened her cousins wedding a couple of weeks after everything and that week I spent in Pennsylvania I fricked several cousins, and 1 aunt. But hey you don't have to be a vindictive dick like me.

It's a combo of things too. I'm very blessed to be able to get paid to go to graduate school, but I barely know anyone here. All the other grad students are married or engaged and leaving our program in June.
I grew up with a twin brother who I was always with. Went to college together. Lived together all four years. Now he's back in Chattanooga. And were really close with all our high school friends still. So he's back there going out with all them. Living with one of them. And I'm living by myself in Starkville. First time I've ever really been homesick.
Then my two best friends live in Atlanta and we all text everyday but still not the same obviously.
Sounds depressing as shite typing this out.

Glad I'm not the only one. At least I'm not homeless. That sounded like rock bottom but its cool you didn't just give up.

All I can say is this...
If some dude named aziz asks you to go to the bar with him....decline.

Not that long, just 6 months.
Me and my ex dated for 8 years. Finally moved in together, broke up six months later. True story.

I had the fan on while running the water....... Nah I didn't. I was like, Hey! And she was like, "yeah", and I was like PLOP. Never saw her again.

I cried a lot. Drank a lot. Smoked a lot of weed.
But thankfully like 2 weeks later I moved into a fraternity house and then it all changed.
I'm also in a 2.5 year relationship now with the girl I'll marry.
I look back on being "broken hearted" and feel dumb. I was like 19 and she was a count.
