My opinion is the same for any white person - just don't use the word. Even in a joking manner, which Maher was trying to do, don't use it. Maher's biggest problem was the joke wasn't even that funny.

Yep, this is true as well. He has often been in heated debates with other left leaning individuals how they are too soft on Islam because they don't want to offend anyone.

I will occasionally watch his round table discussions because he will sometimes have a good conservative on there to help balance out the show. But many times they just gang up on him and nothing a value is gained. The crowd is also terrible most of the time. Bill will also call out the crowd when they don't agree with a joke of his because it isn't PC enough.

I'll say that he didn't have any part of that. He is incredibly anti-SJW and calls them out constantly for their bullshite. He's an actual liberal, while the democrats as a whole are just shills who became concerned about feelings more than facts.

Eh, you're entitled to your opinion, but people are going to use the word. Like with all coarse language/slurs, context is paramount. The problem is that some folks completely disregard any and all context and focus either solely on the race of the speaker or just that the word was uttered (or both). Making a word taboo is never going to eradicate it, especially now that it's ingrained in pop culture.

Screw bill maher. He's a fricking idiot. I can't stand him or his beliefs, or lack thereof. He's a piece of shite.
As far as him using the term "house ****" in a joking manner...I could give a shite less. He wasn't being malicious or trying to be insulting. As much as I dislike bill maher for his beliefs or lack of beliefs, this is taking it too far.
