Yeah, because that's an idea that just popped up among Christians in the last year or so.
I'm fine with someone criticizing the idea, but let's not act like it's a new thing.

of course it's not new. that wasn't my point. the point is it's the exact opposite of new, it's arcane. it's 2014, and there are still idiots who treat women as children and baby makers.
surprisingly, I agree with Islam being very politically motivated, but the rest is just certifiable.

It's Barrow County, if you'd ever been there, you wouldn't be remotely surprised. He is a deeply religious Southern Baptist preacher, that quoted viewpoint shouldn't surprise you as ridiculous as it is. He's framing his arguments for people in Auburn, so what can you really expect here?
