Have something in my air ducts

Not sure if it’s a rat or possums or squirrels but it keeps driving my dog crazy. Set a trap tonight with peanut butter in my downstairs crawl space. Any other suggestions? It’s driving my dog nuts when he’s awake. Haha

my neighbor just caught a raccoon with peanut butter
the cage trap thing
air duct squirrels, maybe you throw cinnamon up there? I think they hate that

It may be squirrels. If it is, I’m gonna pop that bastard with a pellet gun if I trap it.

Hard pipe ductwork I hope, animals can and will reduce flex duct lines to a useless pile of piss soaked insulation and plastic

Any updates? Have you liberated KSG from your duct work?

Update 1: Checked the trap this morning but no luck. When I went under there, I heard scurrying however and saw a squirrel run out of a place they have chewed away. Put the trap by the entrance. If this doesn’t work, I’ve got a pellet gun and will perform a stakeout when it heads for a tree outside. These bastards haven’t won

Update 2: checked on the trap this AM. Still nothing, when I opened the crawl space door, I saw two squirrels running around under there. One was perched on the duct with the trap about six feet away from the trap. Went inside and got my pellet gun but common sense told me if I knock it down and wound it, it’s gonna be a mess getting him out of there. I’m ticked off now, if anyone finds a link to a flamethrower, let me know.

I'd check the woods and wild spaces near your property. Its entirely possible KSG has trained these squirrels to search scavenge for food and bring it back to his trailer. Don't get spotted though as its highly probable he's also trained them to search and destroy in addition to recon.

Haha that’s nuts
Called an exterminator for a “free estimate” and they are calling me back. Probably about to screw me over.

Just pump carbon monoxide into your air ducts. You'll be golden. OR, release snakes in your crawlspace. Either way, squirrels will be gone
Can you access the interior of your air duct in that area? if so, put your traps inside, and just check them diligently. I also spread cinnamon around the perimeter of my crawlspace. No clue if it works, but my pawpaw always did it, and it makes it smell like Christmas

Update 3: checked the trap this AM, still nothing. Saw the bastard down there looking at me, just ticked off, I grabbed my pellet gun and shot the squirrel. It let off a god awful squeal and ran off, I may have fricked up. If it dies in the duct, I’m screwed. Setting the trap again
