I love birthday cake but I am VERY picky about it. I wont eat any cheap shite from Wal Mart or anything like that but I get my birthday cake every year from Savages Bakery in Birmingham and it is the most delicious cake you'll ever eat.

Drinking some small batch and moving furniture out of my old room back home by myself. Kind of interesting. Been finding a bunch of stuff I hadn't thought about in years.

My downfall is usually more along the lines of salty, greasy, & crunchy, but I had a chocolate fried pie at lunch that was absolutely incredible!
Random Moment: In an ideal albeit retro world, Salty, Greasy & Crunchy would be the names of the cartoon characters promoting some form of snack food. The Snap, Crackle & Pop of the chip world. I'm picturing artwork by MizzouKillz...

I had to play intramural basketball last night. I assumed it was against another fraternity, so I wasn't too worried. I had been at the pool all day, but since I'm remotely coordinated and have played basketball I figured it wouldn't be too bad. A bunch of other guys that had probably just gone from class to the pool and then to the game. Should be fun. Nope. Turns out summer intramurals aren't just fraternities. There are very large black guys that play in the league. And the practice. A lot. We were all half drunk and out of shape. We got mercied.

It was terrible. I like basketball, but I was expecting another fraternity that was just there for the hell of it, not some team that had been practicing for two years together. It was bad. I could keep up with them speed wise, just off natural ability, but couldn't do anything else. It was frustrating as frick. And they outsized us at every single position.
