Ben and Jerry's Chunky Monkey. 
I prefer a local place here though, Homemade Ice Cream and Pie Kitchen. Everything is made local. And their Bourbon Maple Nut ice cream will make you want to smack somebody.

What's the bar in downtown Charleston that has a rooftop view of the harbor? It's really old and you have to go up dark creaky steps to get there.
I love it and go every time I visit cousins in Charleston.

There's this amazing place down at the beach called Blue Mountain Creamery. They make theirs fresh every day. Best ice cream I've ever had. Can't get it here though.

There is a couple actually. One of which is called the rooftop bar lol. The pavilion, 225, vendue inn has the liberty restuarant/grill/bar on its rooftop.
All of which have a amazing view to watch the sunset over the Charleston harbor while drinking martinis or what have you.

I've been to the Vendue Inn. I love that spot too. The one I'm thinking of has an exposed brick musty downstairs, and it's fun to imagine people getting drunk in the 1700's before they pilfered the local brothel.
Both the Rooftop Bar and The Pavillion seem familiar. Every time I go to the one I am thinking about, I see people I went to college with.

Well the rooftop is actually the oldest of them being on top of a hotel and overlooking the market below. 5 start restuarant and prices to go with it, overlooks the market, french quarter and has views of the bridge and harbor.
