Oh no doubt about that, but it's pissing me off that she is taking so much shite about her skin color and weight. That girl can't help that she was born the way she was. And she shouldn't feel bad about the way she looks. However, she really needs to get her shite together if she wants to try to help win this case.

Affirmative action is so dumb to me. If I'm hiring for 5 positions, then I want to hire the most qualified not someone because they are a certain race or sex. Whether it be 5 white males or 5 black females.

Hope you're never an entrepeneur... One token black woman is all you can have in a professional setting... You will get 110% out of her at all times... She will be your go to person whenever you're in a tight spot and have to have something completed and need it done right the first time... If there are two or more black women working in close quarters you will be lucky to get 50% out of the them.

I agree with you 100%. The problem is, not everyone not everyone shares that viewpoint. I recently lost out on a job because, as someone on the inside told me, I was a white female. They wanted to hire a black male. My qualifications didn't matter in the long run. I figured that wasn't a place I wanted to work anyway, if that was the case.

Don't disagree, but any shot he had went out the window as soon as she opened her mouth. A friend from college, male, was shocked when I said I didn't like her. He figured I would. Why? Because we were both strong women, and he assumed I'd be supportive of her, and identify with her. I laughed.
And UMRealist, you didn't know i was female? I thought everyone knew!

I think what Snowden did was wrong and I hope he is extradited and then prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
I also don't mind that the government may record my phonecalls and shite. I don't have anything to hide, and from what I've heard this program has thwarted multiple terror plots.
