I'm talking about girls that lay their head on your shoulder and stain your shirt.

Anyone have experience with a girl like that? I don't think I could deal with it.

The crazy thing is most of these girls aren't ugly.

Been dealing with this with my 16 year old cousin. Talked her into going to school without makeup for a week and she was shocked at the positive response she got.

If I wore that much makeup I'd have Johnny Manziel skin.

I feel like if I can see your makeup, you're wearing too much.

For the most part. I find the biggest problem is not how much but rather the tastefulness. Girls can wear a lot and it will look great but if you pick the wrong colors or whatever then it looks terrible. On he flip side of the coin, I do prefer minimal makeup.

This was a problem in the 80s & early 90s, with the pounds of make-up that girls wore, but didn't realize it still was. I thought a more natural look with lighter make-up was the "in" look, now.

You should do a PSA and let all of them know

I would but since I don't really care, I probably wouldn't be a very convincing spokesperson.

I think it depends all on how you wear it and what you wear. I can't remember the last time I wore liquid foundation (the brown shite that comes off on your shirt in layman's terms ). I wear mineral makeup that tends to not be heavy. But if I'm going out I'll wear a decent amount of eyeshadow, mascara, etc. That's something you can obviously see because it's going to be a different color then my skin tone. But I don't think it's too much.

Of course I'm probably a bad comparison. I didn't start wearing makeup until late HS/early college and what I wear now is minimal at best.

I think minimal is better also. The best look is makeup around the eyes and lip stick/gloss and very little else.

The purpose of makeup is to enhance what is there naturally. Young girls are trying to figure out how to use makeup, and trying to look older than they are, and are under the impression that what they see in magazines is normal. It's always been that way, and probably always will be. The other mistake they make is that they don't yet understand how to play up either eyes or lips. One or the other - not both; when you do both, you end up looking like a tramp.

I'm like Belle - I wear mineral makeup, and have for years and years. It's lighter, and good for your skin. It also has a built-in sunscreen, and I'm religious about sunscreen on my face.

The perfect example of why women should wear less makeup is Snookie. It's unreal how much better she looks without it.

Don't get me wrong, that bitch is awful on Jersey Shore and I wouldn't talk to her if she looked like that on the left. But if she went to a bar looking like the right photo, she'd get hit on by A LOT more guys.

I dont agree. I think both of the girls posted look better with makeup and I am a minimalist. Now granted, neither one of those girls are particularly hott to begin with.

You're doing it wrong. Set liquid foundation with translucent powder. Makes my face look flawless and natural! I swear by it in this Florida heat.

Good for both of you!

I hate foundation (as sorantable noted noted gets in your clothes)

I hate raccoon eyes
