No, you arrived at a conclusion beforehand and continue to maintain a position that has no evidence.
Your allusion that there may have been something is just absolutely ridiculous given the circumstances.
There is absolutely no evidence that the officer was harassing him and no reason to even suspect it.
The evidence is in and it's 100% no charges for the officer and if you can't bring yourself to say that I'd seriously check yourself.

What position is that?

What evidence do you have that the officer potentially harassed this stand up young man?
Please, anything.
Anything other than: Cop asked him to get out of the street, he punched the cop and took off, turned and tried to charge the cop and ended up catching a few bullets.
What other narrative do you have? Why should we consider something other than that from a legal standpoint? Do we have any evidence otherwise?
No?
Cool, bro.

Didn't like my first question?
Is it your position that the information which the press has shared on this story the definitive list of evidence that will be presented in the GJ?

I heard that Darren Wilson thinks Jesus was a real person.

Then he clearly stalked Brown as the racist man he is. He stalked him for no reason then provoked him for no reason and then shot him for no reason.
Especially if he believed in Jesus Holy Christ.

Pretty simple.
Start shite, get dealt with.

This is the problem with this case.
The facts are few and far between, and getting massaged daily to fit the narrative as the media sees fit.
This thing isn't going to be sorted out for a while, and unfortunately we live in a jump to conclusions society. Each side seems to be jumping to their own conclusions without all of the evidence at hand, in some cases they are jumping to extreme conclusions,(looters).
I tend to think the kid was up to something, that sure looks like him stealing cigars. The rest is hazy at best.
I still don't think, based on what evidence I've seen, that he deserved to be shot and left for dead on the street. TPOS or not, he wasn't road kill. He was a human being.

Was with you up until the end. Stupid people wind up dead all the time due to their own stupid actions.
NOT saying anyone "deserved" to die, but my sympathy is mitigated when they put themselves in compromising situations (same opinion I have of the young man who was struck and killed by Tony Stewart's Sprint car, btw).
Like i said, I agree with the rest of what you said, though. Which is why I choose to remain emotionally detached.

Stupidity all around.
Blacks for protesting violence with violence.
Police chief for stoking the flames by saying that the robbery wasn't connected to the shooting.
Bloggers for saying dumb shite with no evidence to support it.

I had a friend in the Navy who was shot by the cops here in San Diego.
He was drunk and wandering around an intersection. He "charged at a cop" and was shot 4 times center mass. He was a large black dude, much like mike brown.
I think, that in times of stress, cops react. The stress is elevated when it's a large black man that you know can kick your arse.
The cop that shot my friend could have tased him, instead he killed him. He was a good kid, just drunk and stupid.
I think it's the extreme use of force by police that I don't agree with here. That being said, I completely understand why things like this happen.

It's not the cop's fault he was drunk and stupid -- and it's not his responsibility to put his life at risk because of it.
If someone is physically larger than me and I have a firearm, I'm not going to give them the chance to take it and use it against me.
Anyone can get a lucky punch, and before you know it you're paralyzed or take brain damage because a "good kid" stomped on you while you were unconscious.
frick taking chances as a police officer, and I've seen way too many tasers not function to trust them to take someone down and not piss them off.

I believe parts of both sides of the story.
My opinion is the cop, at worst, overreacted to the situation. I don't think it was cold blooded murder, but I'm not yet convinced it was justified. I do think he will be exonerated though. I think the cop's story is plausible, but I also think police departmebt's are notorious for protecting their own so I'm skeptical. I don't fully buy Johnson's story either.

A good, well-thought viewpoint.
Is Johnson the guy who just happened to be robbing the store with him? I think we have reason to distrust his story more than the police department's.

Yes, Johnson was with him in the store, but actually put the cigars Brown handed him back on the counter. Or at least that's what it appeared he did.

I was about to say from the video he didn't appear to really do anything that constituted theft. More like he was just trying to get out of there.
