There's a lot of bullshite advice in this here thread.
Bottom line: Do not marry someone who secretly goes through your phone, your email, etc. ESPECIALLY if you have never given them a reason to not trust you. That says a lot about a person and none of it is good.

The more stuff you send her, the guiltier you look. An innocent person that is on trial doesn't send the judge and jury flowers or offers to buy them things, a guilty person does all of that, it's called bribary. An innocent person presents evidence and proves their case. If you really didn't do this then you have to prove it to her by showing her that you never had an account and never contacted any other person. Pull your phone records and even a bank statement if the website you were on costs money for a membership.

Also, do not listen to all these idiots about "stop being a pussy" and "just let her go" those guys are all either in college and only care about getting laid or are 30 years old and can't find a woman to marry them. If you love someone, you fight for them.

Let her go, if she freaks out over something that small you are going to be having this type of stuff happen in the marriage.
I agree with others that it sounds like she maybe has some self esteem issues. Just be glad this happened before you got married and she could take half your money with her.

If she was looking on your phone while you were sleeping, then she already doubted your fidelity. When women do this, it is often because they are being unfaithful, and they suspect that their partner is doing the same.
If she is suspicious of you, it is probably because she was doing something suspect.
