Just so we're all clear. He didn't say KC BBQ > SC BBQ.

He said KC BBQ>Clemson BBQ

In Kentucky they BBQ their sheep
In Clemson they engage in sexual congress with them

Taters probably BBQ tofu as they probably had sex with the livestock normally used in BBQ

Ever go to Duke's or Carolina?

Carolina BBQ in New Ellenton, SC is the best!! I stay away from the loaves of bread on the table, but everything else is ON POINT!

I've searched all over NC for Carolina BBQ hash and haven't found anything like it yet. That must be a SC specialty.

White sauce- I'm curious about it. It's supposedly delish. And there was a thread at some point that I can't find now where one of y'all listed out a recipe for it but I've done enough googling to find several other recipes for it. But any special must have ingredients and I assume you can use on other meats besides just grilled bird?
