Yes, however....

LOL. Do you watch tv? There are marijuana references everywhere.

A culture of marijuana is what I am afraid of

Why? What is wrong with pot culture? What does pot culture even mean?

You seem to think you have good points. Kids are less likely to get the drug if it is regulated. That should be the end of that point. Before I was 21 I could buy a dime easier than I could get a six pack. With marijuana being illegal you have an unregulated product that isn't being monitored by anyone; well except for criminals. You think a drug dealer is going to take discretion to who he sells to? Hell no.

Doesn't mean anything anymore. Lincoln and the rest of the Federalist POSs made sure of that.

That argument has failed when it comes to marijuana legalization. The DEA can still come in and arrest farmers and owners of dispensaries.

Besides Mississippi this would be the last Southern State that I would have thought to do this.

Regulation, education, and rehabilitation are always better than prohibition.

Pot heads are the worst. Bastards eat up all the jalapeño chips, drink up all the milk, and play live versions of the Allman Brothers at weird times.

Your drinking potheads are the real problem. They do all the same things except there's always a possibility of sleep hitting them before they're prepared.
