Has to be LSU Baseball Ribs and Co.

So many different kinds of BBQ.
Rendezvous is great for Memphis dry ribs, but that's not my favorite.
Currently, I'm enjoying the shite out of living down the street from The Little Dooey in Starkville. Three Little Pigs is great as well.

Pig Stand in Hartselle, AL. It is like eating BBQ cotton candy. Meat just slithers off the bone and melts in your mouth.

Chopped Plate-The Golden Rule in Hoover on Hwy 31, but ONLY that location. Not all are created equal.
Ribs-Rendezvous, I love the dry rub. No one in Bham does it.
Jim N Nicks is good for a sliced plate. Salt lick in Austin for Beef Brisket is amazing.

This thread has me craving "burnt ends" which is a staple of KC BBQ. I can't find anyplace in La that makes them. Does anyone know somewhere that makes them outside of KC?

Fox Bros BBQ.
Best BBQ I've ever had.
Jerry The Sailor can vouch for it's greatness.

Dr. Jones wants to take me there while I'm down. I was curious as to what others thought compared to Rendezvous.

Rendezvous is a tourist trap lately. It's good, and is the Memphis original, but you haven't live until you try Memphis BBQ company.

Gotta get that next time I'm there visiting family.
Honestly though, I've had only a few BBQ restaurants that I would classify as bad.
Most BBQ is awesome. And I'm gonna eat some tomorrow for lunch.

If any of you are up this way Owensboro's Moonlight BBQ is good. Try Kentucky Burgoo to round out your BBQ experience.
In town I go with Bootleg BBQ. Insanely good BBQ chicken.

You should. They just opened in in Fayettville, NC as well. So those east coast yanks can learn what true BBQ is.

I could, but I'm too busy rubbing their BBQ sauce on my thighs and in my hair.

Driving through this weekend or next, might have to stop. If not, I visit for Thanksgiving and Christmas most years.
