Auburn, why doesn't Auburn make and sell its own icecream?

Thats actually an interesting question I never thought of. Penn State is famous for its ice cream as an example.

I asked Jeeves and bing searched it and they said it was because Clemsons campus ddnt have enough trees or bollards
