Doesn't Arkansas give "in-state tuition" to Texas and Oklahoma residence?

That's really crazy but awesome for states like Texas where it is almost impossible to get into UT.

I'm getting kind of bored of beating LSU by 17, truthfully.

We did Now we give 70, 80, and 90% scholarships based on gpa and act/sat (CR + M) scores. Got to have at least a 3.2 gpa and a 24 or 1090 score to qualify, so not that hard.

The U of A has done a really good job of recruiting affluent areas in DFW that can afford the out of state tuition without needing scholarships, which is still way cheaper than paying to go to Baylor, SMU, TCU, etc.

Be easy on DenverTigerMan. It's not his fault he was dropped on his head as a child.
