I'm back at work this AM, guess they will resume at 5pm after the rioters get off work. It's entertaining TV viewing for sure.

Thinking about joining them tonight - new experience and all.

Just kidding haha - I am way too lazy for that.

Protest loudly. That's okay and a protected right that good men have died for.

Looters and arsonists however, should be shot on sight in my opinion.

I think any reasonable person is outraged over what happened to George Floyd. It is unacceptable for police to act in that manner and Chauvin should spend a long time behind bars but that is for a jury to decide.

But others who had nothing to do with it should not have to watch their businesses burned, their children killed and places looted. That has nothing to do with the memory of George Floyd and is also unacceptable. These idiots are destroying the places they buy food, medicine and that give people jobs. Protest by all means. You are right to do so, but your message is getting lost in the violence.

Very fortunate in Lexington that has not occurred. Protesters and police knelt together in remembrance and the protestors thanked the cops. LINK

All cops are not bad, nor are they all good. They are human beings, not saints. It takes a special person to be as tough as a cop yet show restraint and humanity. Let us all try to do better with our fellow man and "do unto others as we would have others do unto you".

Protests have been over for several days. Riots, on the other hand...

It's sad,but I've seen this type of thing so many times in my lifetime that I'm pretty much numb to it.

Same scenario,different actors.

It'll pass.

Can someone tell me why blocking a road is allowed and not dealt with by police?

Little Rock protests are getting wild tonight. Teargas is being dispensed and downtown is being pillaged.
