Any of you still like the 80’s style electric guitar stuff? Van Halen, Ratt, Dokken, Iron Maiden, Warrant, Motley Crue etc…? It seems sad that young men listen to this hip hop shite now… agree???

Any list of top 5 instrumental openings has to include "The Spirit of Radio." Actually wish I hadn't thought about that this close to bedtime; gonna be too fired up to get to sleep.

I miss 80s music period. I mean, sure, I miss the metal bands most of all but I even miss the 80s pop music. An entire decade of music that was fun to listen too and was about people having a good time.

Most of the stuff I listen to has electric guitars, but none of it is like

I used to think that Skid Row were posers, but Sebastian Bach could kill it.

Check out this VERY early version of "Working Man", especially starting at the 2:10 mark. Rutsey was still the drummer at the time.
Lifeson was lighting it up.

80's hair metal is my favorite genre. I can spend hours on YouTube watching the old videos of my youth.

Oh shite, Accept was my very first concert when I was 14. They were really good. I think they warmed up for Krokus.

The Black Sabbath stuff with Dio was really good as well. Remember Mob Rules??
