Your anger issues and threats of physical violence suggest otherwise

On the top of my head, I don't think I've physically threatened a poster here. I've called people idiots and to not breed and variations of the sort, but hardly physical violence.

OK, I'll grant you that one, but I was pretty severely intoxicated and apologized the next morning over that.

So are the Pikes just a-holes now? I remember them from the mid 90s when I was there and they were just druggies then. Not as bad as SAE though. My freshman roomate went Pike, he did not make it to a soph year

Posted on 2/21/14 at 2:20 pm to cas4t
they shouldn't even get probation or community service. once the school kicks them this should be the end of it

i agree. I just figured there would be some sort of criminal charges pressed.
Have we heard from any leaders in the AA community? NAACP not in on this?

The worst criminally they'll get is mischief if anything. I think making their names public is punishment enough.

We'll never know their names unless there are criminal charges because of ferpa. The reason the state doesn't increase the gpa is so more IN state students can get into the Mississippi schools. I hate that these dumbasses come from my state and make us look horrible.

What are OM's GPA requirements?
Posted on 2/21/14 at 4:31 pm to Carolina Tide
I'm not even sure if there is one. MS has some fricked up laws prohibiting it's universities from upping the admission reqs.

Wow. So what's the acceptance rate?
Posted on 2/21/14 at 4:35 pm to Carolina Tide
around 62 percent I believe

So really anyone can get in. Do a lot of kids stay in state? I know we don't get a lot of kids from Mississippi here.
