Apparently quite a few from what I understand, though no one appears to have known them.

Was it? Hmm I'm not entirely sure.

yep charging them with some ridiculous federal crime doesn't teach anyone anything.

you kick them out of school and they can go home and go to another school and move on with life.

That will probably be what ends up happening. I think Ole Miss is just trying to make sure everyone knows that they take the issue very seriously.

i agree but it makes everyone look silly when you start pushing for federal punishment.

I think saying they are being kicked out of school right away sends a pretty strong message. If they paid out of state tuition that is a hefty fine for the act

That's what will happen. Ole Miss isn't fricking playing around with issues like this. They have a history they are trying to scrub from memory.

I'd say we're discussing 3 former Ole Miss students. They shouldn't be charged with any crime but Ole Miss will most certainly dismiss them with prejudice. Damn frats.

I wonder if ole miss gives them the option to just withdraw and say they kicked them or if they just kick them out

Pretty stupid and mean thing to do. They should be booted if they haven't withdrawn already.

It damn sure isn't something you would want on your resume going forward... idiots being well idiots, shows they have character flaws and this will probably haunt them for the rest of their lives.

Wonder what part of Georgia they are from?

if ole miss kicks them without letting them withdraw on their own then even if their names never make it out they would probably be haunted by that.

if they can withdraw and move on without names leaking out besides around campus then they cost their parents a good chunk of money and lost out on their first choice for school.

fwiw I'm surprised names haven't leaked yet
