There are limits on those rights. You can't yell fire in a movie theatre to incite a panic response. That's exactly what Westboro does.
You can't tell someone that you're going to do something, and then accept money or benefits to not do whatever you threatened to do. That's extortion. Westboro often will accept money, radio and commercial time, or other gratuities to not picket where they've announced intentions to.
Their M.O. is to incite a panic and then extort. It's criminal.

Strange, the night of the bombing CNN said it was a dark skinned "black male" with foreign accent. Was thinking to myself it was probably a damn Ethiopian/Kenyan runner going into the wrong place after they finished running

2 Russian nationals detained in Niagra Falls, seems they were deemed suspicious.
Also, 2nd suspect could be in a Honda CRV with Mass. tags and could be in CT now.
