New Embedded Media settings on Account Settings page...

With the advent of embedded YouTube and Twitter/X content on the forums, we wanted to give users some control on how they appear. On the Account Setttings page, you will see an option for Embedded media in the Content Settings section:
"Show All embeds" is the default.
With the "Show in OP only" option, only an embed attempt in the first post of a thread will display. All other embed attempts in the thread will link to YouTube/Twitter.
With the "Show as links" option, all embed attempts in the thread will link to YouTube/Twitter.

TD modernization is on a roll right now. More updates in the past month or so than in the past several years

Wasn't there a hack/security concern last time the embed feature was rolled out? I realize that was years ago, just wondering how they cured that.

I don't think this has a work around but is there a way to play embedded videos and it not show up on your YouTube history page?

Clicked on around 10 videos on an secrant thread and noticed that's on my history now. That's embarrassing
