According to KenPom UGA is ranked #60 and Mizzou #164. We know that Mizzou sucks, but that doesn't make every team that Mizzou plays terrible either.

You're a defender of awfulness.

Isabel and Allen would be 2 most obvious to me. I don't see Gant transferring now, he seems to be playing a little better as well.
Surprised Allen didn't transfer at mid season....but then again, he would be better off playing at a lower level anyway.
I wouldn't mind if Isabel left, there is something I don't like about him.

Isabel and Allen are not p5 level starters.
The problem is we won't bring in anyone more talented than them to replace them.

You can't really state that.....there might be a decent grad transfer or JUCO player. Not sure if anybody would want to come to Mizzou right now, unless they are just guaranteed to start

No, Georgia is not an awful team. They are a decent team that returned 3 talented guards from an NCAA Tourney team. They have a talented sophomore post player and a freshman big that is raw but also has some talent.

This is true. I'm constantly puzzled by KA not pressing and trying to get the game going fast.
Mizzou has lots of bodies, but none that standout. No size & only 1 guy that can get his shot in the half court. He needs to speed the game up.

My biggest issue is probably the lack of giving KA a chance. Frank Martin has taken 4 yrs to get his team going. That's honestly pretty normal when you have such a young team. I do however have an issue with KA rotation. Folks like to think Isabell is one of our better players and I don't think the kid should see the floor. Our offense becomes completely stagnant when he's running the show. Clark is at least always poking and prodding the defense. Phillips needs to go to the rack and try and distribute once in the lane. I also have no idea what's going on with Namon. People thought he was a shooter last year, but really that was his least polished part of his game coming out of high school. Kid needs to get to the bucket, but plays very hesitant.

I'd also like to see KA show a little more emotion. I get that's not his demeanor, but Self obnoxiously works the refs the whole game and gets calls because of it. He also takes Blonde tips out to dinner every night and somehow has him doing every one of his games so there's that...

My problem is that mizzou hoops has sunk so low that we now use sc as a measuring stick.

Isn't SC undefeated? Seems like that would be where we want Mizzou to get to.

Frank Martin >>>>>>>>>>>>>>> KA
KA has had his chance and has actually brought the program lower than when he got it, which is hard to do. We are not good at any part of the game, that's coaching and recruiting. The experiment has failed, time to end it.

That is good enough to get you a #3 or #4 seed in one of the four NIT regions.
#57 Rhode Island
#58 Akron
#59 UT-Arlington
UGA is not a good team.

Frank can coach and recruit. Kim cannot.

Winston-Salem, NC. I think it is a Methodist school. The way we have sown graded our non-con schedule I would not be surprised to see them on our schedule at some point. Of course this year they would beat us so maybe not.
