Two totally ridiculous calls...

1) Punting to their returner with 5 left in the game.
2) Not running it again on 3rd and 2 to force them to burn their last timeout.

There's many more I'm sure, but that's how you lose an 14-3 lead with 5 minutes to go.

@GabeDeArmond
"I don’t know how #Mizzou recovers from this. And I’m not just talking about this season."

Wait, what?

It's a bad loss, but what is he implying besides a coaching change?

I imagine he's talking coaching changes. Support. Recruits. All of the above.

It was a pretty docile crowd walking out of an absolute meltdown of a game. Apathy has already set in.

I mean seriously, aren’t you guys tried of seeing the same old thing, a team getting blown out or losing a close game to teams with a pulse? Odom has given Mizzou fans zero wins to be proud of and it’s year 3.

His teams don’t know how to win close games when they matter the most. 2016 UGA, 2018 USC, 2018 UK are 3 examples off the top of my head under Odom. It’s just getting old.

There is a power 5 coach with shite for talent, but gets his team to play and they are well prepared. For some reason his school had not extended him. He has a Clemson victory a Clemson close call and a Florida State win, and they are leading the number 22 team at this moment. Coming to Mizzou is actually a step up in prestige and salary. We could get him...Dino Babers

Probably the death of the program. I don’t know how the fan base sticks around after that. Arky is the only likely win left in the schedule. I bet Odom has lost the team. I hope he has. They should be pissed at how moronic their coach is.

Can you imagine if we lose to Arky?

It's not so out of the realm of possibility imo

UF will put the finishing touches on us. They’ll beat our asses into the turf after their poop fest against UGA. Lock will throw multiple picks.

We will limp into our final game and finally lose to Arky.

And you think he’d leave Syracuse to come here?

At this point, they should just disband the football program and move to the Big East. I'm not kidding.

Is Syracuse and the ACC really a destination to bigger and better things at the end of the day? If Babers had success in the SEC at Mizzou he could probably pick his next destination at will.

Babers is just old enough that 4 or 5 years of success at Mizzou makes him too old to move on to a bigger program. Syracuse is dumber than us. Making him wait until the end of the year to see if he is worthy of an extension is delusional. At Syracuse his recruiting will never improve at least at Mizzou he can get better kids and a higher profile for his skills.

He’d probably rather stay at Syracuse and wait for a better opportunity than come here and rebuild.

He's mid 50's though he doesn't look it. I think it's more attractive to finish at Mizzou in the SEC than at Syracuse, a solid basketball school.

I didn’t realize he was that old. I like him. But I’d still rather have Brown.

I just want a coach who comes in looks at the talent and plans accordingly. I am so done with guys who shite the bed and then claim to be "REBUILDING" I cant believe I supported BO after USCe. I need to be checked for CTE.
