Doubt he'd do it but Luke Fickell.

Only fitting since Odom basically saved Mason's job last year by losing to Vandy. That makes at least 2 SEC HCs who have been fired immediately after losing to Mizzou - Bielema being the other one that comes to mind. Any others I'm missing?

Not sure why anyone would want that job. The school will never care about the AD

Dick move for Fisher lobbying for the job for a year while Mason was the coach.

There is a talking head on the SEC Network (Jordan Rodgers) who has proposed that Barry Odom be Vanderbilt's #1 target in their coaching search.

1st thought: Here is someone who's memory does not extend to the previous year.

2nd thought: Oh Pullleeezze do this. Please place BO into the SEC coaching Pit of Misery, from whence he shall be brought forth annually for his ritual arse whoopin'.

3rd thought: Actually, this would be more equivalent to the old naval "Flogging around the fleet." Even better.

Scott Cochran would be an excellent hire for Vandy. He'd fit
( satire ) right in there !

Haven't we taken down 2 TN coaches? Dooley and Jones?

James Franklin. If he goes 1-9 he will be looking for another job.

I believe Butch was canned after getting whooped by us a couple years back.

Butch was fired after losing to us.

We’ve had multiple coaches fired the week before they played us.

McElwain, Muschamp and Miles were all fired the week leading to their game with Mizzou. Dooley was fired the week after losing to Mizzou after losing to Vandy.

The loss to Mizzou probably was the nail in the coffin for Muschamp at Florida even though he finished out the season (42-13 on homecoming).

I was at the game and at halftime about half the crowd was chanting "fire Muschamp" and by the end of the 3rd quarter about 3/4 of what was left of the crowd was chanting it......saddest thing I ever heard at a game. At that point everyone knew he would be fired bc he lost the fans.

Promote Sarah Fuller to head coach. She's earned that just as much as she's earned SEC Co-Special Teams Player of the Week.

Damn, they took a cool thing and just had to take it too far and made a joke of it.

My thoughts exactly, just let it be. It's almost political and that's not bueno.
