Our Defense has gained:
-#1 edge rusher in the portal
-Freshman All American LB
-3rd Team All American S
Excited to see how all the pieces fit together

So the physical freaks on 1 side in Wilson and Smith and the bull Zion Young and Kelley on the other. The the App State kid who has talent and then the 5 star recruit Hilson. Umm remind me, did we lose any DEs in the portal?

Damon Wilson is so much easier to spell than Williams Wineri.

I'm guessing Kitchens moves to DT. The DEs are pretty stacked.
Wait a minute! How much does he weigh? If he is 270 lbs. that is not good enough to be playing DL. He is coming in from a lower level and that normally is not a good thing. I am thinking of a linebacker or DE. Unless he plans on gaining 30 or so pounds by Fall.

Gavin Hoffman TE from Iowa.

Jaylen Early OL from FSU. This looks like a good get and be a rotational or backup OL.

Mostly a quiet spring for us.
Good.
Good.

I wasn't initially excited about this move but watch the tape. He has pretty good feet and a good base for run defense, he's quick off the snap. But God help you if he gets into your pads first. He gets under OLs and drives them. He's undersized but he will be good as a rotational DL.

Same size as Elias Williams, could be a good mentor as a grad transfer.
