Are we still in favor of firing Odom "even if he wins out?"

They won out, set a team GPA record, and signed a very good recruiting class.
Sterk should definitely move on.

I don't care what you admit. This class has the 4th highest average player rating ever for the program and it doesn't include the 4* rated transfers.

Are we really doing this again?

It's Sofa. Don't get worked up.

That really is "what she said."

If star ratings meant any thing then the Vols would be a top team in the East. This is a great class for Barry. I care more about player development. Nothing below a 3* is a great class for Mizzou. Until proven otherwise on the field I'm not going to sweat Mizzou's recruiting ranking.

Some fans still do not have faith in Odom! I knew when he took the job it will take 3 years to get started making progress that should take Missouri to the next level. Fans got to have faith in Odom.
What I am seeing is Odom is now able to pick up highly transfer players. So far he is keeping Missouri on the right track for 9 or more win season next year. One thing I saw that he is recruiting better. I know Arky got a huge jump in recruiting so far this year. I do not worry about Arky because the head coach is not very good coach. You can recruits a top class and still flopped. Look at Tennessee and Florida! over the past 5 years! As long as Odom keep getting better at coaching, wins, and recruiting. Missouri got key guys for next year. He should get better recruits after he wins 9 or more games next year. The recruits will see that Odom is a very good coach and will be recognize across the USA. That is what Odom is needed to show coaches, fans and recruits that he is good as most in the SEC. He is doing it slowly to build his program to respectability. This should be the best Missouri football program since Dan Devine.

I'm actually starting to warm up to Odom. This is a pretty good recruiting class and like Pinkie, he has shown the ability to identify true gems. He still needs improvement on in game decisions obviously, but he is slowly surprising me in a good way. The team just better not lay another egg in the bowl game.

Zou is absolutely correct.

There's no damn way that a hapless program like IL should pillage us.

They hired Williams guardian to get him. He’s not even the top rated player anyway, so not sure what they are talking about.

Signing a 5'7" athlete that is expecting to play QB next year and a 3* DE equals pillaging?
Nah.

Illinois will just wait until Williams is there to move him to DB. That’s his best position, and the position that he has a good chance at making the NFL at.

They can move him to left tackle for all I care. Equating a player that signed with a team employing a coach that he had played for since 5th grade to pillaging is ignorant.

Did you know that Heupel was not at the bowl game to coach the offense and the play calling? That is what hurt Missouri big time. This time around Dooley is by far the better offensive coordinator than Heupel was at Missouri. Did you know Missouri finally beat a ranked team from the SEC? Also Odom got things turned around and coach his best season this year with a first year offensive coordinator? The offense is a lot more balance and it should get better next year for Dooley. The defense is a lot better too!. I am not sure why you are not 100 percent on Odom and Dooley getting the job done at the bowl game this year? Where were you at the games this year?

Did you know that TrueLefty trots out this same grammatical mess every time he thinks someone is not sufficiently rahrah!
