Campus venues are better, but we traded a road game for a home game essentially. Keep looking for shite stains though. You do you.

I wouldn't be surprised if in the deal with the STLSC Memphis makes more than they would have playing at home, and Mizzou doesn't pay anything.

Not saying that's how it went down, just I wouldn't be surprised.

The only game id be ok if we kept would be at NIU, only for the fact, we have a huge fanbase outside of Chicago and would also potentially open up recruiting avenues up that way. Could invite recruits to the game since its down the street from them.

according to powermizzou, it cost us more money to move it to STL but she got the STL sports commish to pay the difference and also STL players will be getting an NIL deal out of it.

Having the opinion that road games are more fun than neutral is looking for shite stains?

Is this an echo chamber?

No, but openly sharing your bitchy opinions is.

What? Can you say with a straight face that the half empty dome will provide a better game viewing experience for national TV compared to a game at Memphis? It just isn't good for college football in general.

This doesn't even get into my own personal preference when attending games I'd much rather go to another campus venue than go to a neutral site game. Road football games are the most fun of any sporting trip out there.

Did you buy a ticket to go to Memphis with all travel expenses being paid for and now have to cancel all that?

Wasn't that game originally scheduled at Memphis? I agree about not taking a home game away.

Regardless of my fandom of Mizzou, the game would be a better event held at Memphis instead of STL. These games just suck for college football as a whole. a 50% full dome is just an atmosphere killer.

Hell, even sold out games like Arky vs A&M at jerry world would have been a much better atmosphere at either campus stadium.

That doesn't favor any of them. But this one favor Mizzou. Maybe if they did it at Arrowhead and not at the Dome in St. Louis to be closer to your location? The AD has been a homerun hired. Why do you think Jim Sterk was fired? Did you really miss him being the AD at Missouri?
Didn't you not like the games at the Dome in St. Louis when playing against Illinios? That is what need to bring back sparks from the St. Louis area. This is to help attract recruits and fans from the area that haven't been really strong supporting Mizzou football in a while. Maybe you are a true Kansas fan or Illinios fan? Something is really off about your posting comments on here so far.

I say this with no exaggeration whatsoever…the Memphis Stadium is a heinous shithole.

Not even close. Finally went to Memphis for the first time recently, it’s not even comparable(other than murders).

Memphis is a fun time for a weekend, but yeah…it’s a smaller, shittier St Louis in pretty much every aspect.

You eliminate one block of the whole city and there's absolutely nothing.
