Meh. I'm not convicting him of anything. A court of law is much different. This is no court of law. This is the court of tRant. If we all had to prove something beyond a reasonable doubt before forming an opinion on anything, we'd never have opinions. A court of law is a much different situation than some message board.

He should be gone. If he stays he needs at least half a season of suspension, and absolutely zero tolerance for any further incident of any kind.

but if he is released without any charges being filed against him, doesn't that make Mizzou liable for "Hurting his draft stock?" without official cause?
