Anyone know what channel it's on? Was to be SEC but they are running a women's game.

This is about what I expected for our conference schedule.

We suck, but at least we beat Illinois.

Lacking athletes BIG TIME.

Should get better next year with McKinney and Jackson coming in. Two guys with legitimate athleticism

Tilmon, Watson, Pinson and Santos are the only above average athletes on the team. That’s not nearly enough.

Conference road games are tough, Tilmons last foul was a joke. No team should go to the line 40 times either. Kind of ruining the game for me IMO.

I think we have a terrible frontcourt. Tilmon either figures it out or we lose a lot of games this year.
I think all of our guards are pretty athletic- including Geist. I find it funny that a player has to look extra quick or have a 40 inch vertical to be a good athlete. Anybody who has consistently put stats up like Geist is a fine D1 athlete. The most disappointing players this year are Tilmon, Puryear, Smith, santos.

Tilmon should just transfer. He’s got to get away from SEC refs.

Being a “good athlete” and being a “good athlete” vs D1 basketball players is entirely different. Doesn’t mean you can’t be a solid player, but it does limit you on both ends of the court.

Tilmon gets the same fouls regardless of refs. He just needs to learn to foul less.

I disagree, some of his fouls are absurd. The kid now can’t even play the game and has no idea what to do. Those calls are not made in the NBA. I do have Mizzou glasses on often so understand I am biased, but some of it is crap.

He’s getting whistled significantly more in SEC play.

It’s in his head, it’s in the refs heads.

It would be best, for him, to move on. I believe the relationship is beyond toxic at this point. They’re not going to let him play, and for some reason Cuonzo refuses to go to bat for him.

Tilmon can’t play in the NBA yet. He needs to develop as a player. Part of that is adjusting to to officiating and staying on the court.

Plenty of athletes.

Problem is none of them are 6'9"+

100% correct.
Anyone who argues otherwise is an idiot.

I don’t agree with the solution of Tilmon moving on. But he’s right about Martin needing to go to bat for him.

And Mizzou fans need to make every official’s life miserable with every iffy foul call on Tilmon. They’re human. Rain down the insults in Mizzou arena.

The game plan in conference games seem to be do what you have to do to get him out of the game and when they do they are laughing and clapping at him. His game is being physical in the low post and the refs are watching him big-time.

The few games I’ve watched in their entirety, the defensive player on him flops with every move he makes.
